12/2005 – Present The Warren Household Cordova, TN
Domestic Social-Civic Manager
* Retained child’s growth and development above national average during first 12 months.
Responsible for the well-being and development of a minor child from conception through gestation until birth.
Anticipated outcomes by negotiating with partner and unit colleagues on retention and managerial strategies as events occurred. Used preventive measures regarding individual and community safety as advised and mandated by state and federal laws. Used creative tactics to cultivate an interest in elementary learning (language, literature, music, geometry, and art). Initiated and coordinated local and regional tours to introduce awareness and cultural diversity. Performed daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
From former interviews this and last years, it has been made more than apparent to discredit "the most important job in the world" against my last-place-of-paid-employment. This becomes even more distasteful as just about all of the former interviewers were women themselves, and I would not doubt they too are or were working mothers with young children- maybe even more than once. Labor laws MUST CHANGE for the sake of working mothers and families the world over. I commend any employer that take sincere consideration of her/his workers' obligation off-site relaying the mere reason for retaining work! I will not bore the public with ongoing statistics, theories, and facts regarding why and how more variables to evenly exchange between families' home and income benefits everyone. I'll let a couple of friends from PINK magazine and E.R.A. explain it better.
